Bacharach has addeda second concert in Melbourne on Friday 20
April, as part of his national Farewell to The Symphonies Tour.

Whilst in Australia during his previous sold-out concerts, Burt was proclaimed The Greatest Living
Composer at the 50 th Grammy Awards when honoured with his eighth
Grammy, the Lifetime Achievement Award. He is also the recipient of three
Academy Awards and following the upcoming visit, will join the ranks of Paul
Simon, Stevie Wonder and Paul McCartney, as a recipient of the elite Library of
Congress Gershwin Prize for Popular Song.
